Please, provide 12 to 24 hours of notice for cancellations.

If less than 12 hours, there will be a full charge for missed appointments and the payment is expected at the next appointment.

Some exceptions due apply and I will consider that at the time, if needed.

Life does happen while we experience the fullness of busy lives, I understand that children get sick and unexpected situations do happen.
